Building Terminals

Terminals are purchasable in the Rent Gates menu. Terminals allow extra gates in areas where there may be no gates left. A terminal has a minimum of 5 gates, and will cost significantly more than normal renting of gates would, but it's a one-time transaction. Terminal gates only cost 10% to maintain (their rent is therefore 10%), and require that a base exists at the terminal airport.
