Airline Mogul does not play in real time as it would be impractical and progress would be too slow. Therefore, AM runs on its own system of game time system. In this system, one game day is equivilent to one hour in real time. And each game month consists of 24 game days; thus making it one day long in real time. Day and month changes in-game are done every real hour.

1 real-time hour = 1 game day
24 real-time hours (1 day) = 1 game month
1 real-time month = 720 game days
